Nails, screws, and fasteners
Wood glue and adhesives
Tape, stretch wrap, and packaging supplies
Select hardware like slides, hinges, and cabinet components
By keeping the assortment focused, we’re able to source better products and keep pricing consistent.

Carpenters and woodworkers
Furniture stores
Warehouses and fulfillment operations
Dropshippers and online sellers
Contractors and tradespeople
We’re also continuing to expand both our product offerings and business model to better support the construction industry, with growing focus on the materials used daily by painters and electrical trades.

Yes — bulk pricing is a core part of how we operate.
Our product offerings are intentionally narrow and specialized. By focusing on fewer products and producing higher volumes, we’re able to leverage economies of scale and keep overall costs down.
Because of that:
Larger orders typically receive better pricing
We pass along the same cost benefits we receive from our manufacturers
This approach helps keep pricing fair and consistent over time
We encourage customers to buy in volume when it makes sense, and we’re happy to walk through bulk or case options with you.
-
Yes — we’re actively building out our shipping capabilities and currently offer shipping on select products.
Right now, shipping works best for:
Tape and packaging supplies
Brad nails and select fasteners
A few important things to know:
Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout when available
Some products or quantities may require a custom shipping quote
Shipping timelines are estimates and can vary by product and destination
We’re taking a deliberate approach to shipping so we can keep costs reasonable and service reliable as we scale.
-
Yes. We offer both local pickup and local delivery, depending on order size and location.
Local delivery
Available throughout the Willamette Valley and surrounding areas
Focused primarily on business customers
Requires a minimum order quantity (MOQ)
We prioritize delivery to businesses because larger, recurring orders help us operate more efficiently. That efficiency supports economies of scale, which in turn helps us keep pricing lower and more consistent for all of our customers.
Local pickup
Available for smaller orders in our local area
A good option when delivery minimums aren’t met or when you need items quickly
If you’re not sure which option makes sense for your order, reach out and we’ll help you decide.

In most cases, yes. Our customers are at the forefront of how we make decisions, and we make a good-faith effort to work with clients who need to return or exchange products.
At the same time, we operate with a focus on efficiency so we can keep pricing fair and consistent. Because of that, returns and exchanges are handled within a few clear guidelines:
Items must be unused and unopened
Returns or exchanges must be approved in advance
Some products may not be eligible due to their nature or condition
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
We move essential supplies quickly, and returned inventory often can’t be resold the same way. These guidelines help us manage costs responsibly while still being fair to our customers.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away and we’ll make it right.on
